Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at DermaClinic by Dr. Elena Nogales. We provide shipping to locations within the United States and offer both standard and expedited shipping options.

 

Shipping Options 

Standard Shipping: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, and should arrive within 5-7 business days.

Expedited Shipping: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day, and should arrive within 1-3 business days.

 

Shipping Rates 

Standard Shipping: Free shipping is available on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, a flat rate of $5.99 will be applied.

Expedited Shipping: Rates for expedited shipping will vary based on the weight and size of the package, as well as the shipping destination.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

 

Wrong address 

We are not responsible for wrong addresses.  If the package is returned for this reason, the customer is  responsible for the shipping cost.

 

Return Policy 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from DermaClinic by Dr. Elena Nogales. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To initiate a return, please email us at dra.elenanogales@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item(s).

 

Refunds 

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

 

Shipping Costs 

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part (e.g. wrong item shipped), we will cover the cost of return shipping. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
